As part of the Master Plan process, an update to the City's zoning and land use regulations are also being addressed. Zoning regulations are a key tool for implementing the Master Plan's policies and recommendations.

An initial step has already been completed - the adoption of interim regulations to address the scale and character of additions and new homes in residential neighborhoods. An overview of those changes, as well as a copy of the adopted regulations are attached.
